High Five Friday!!
I hope everyone’s summer is proving to be enjoyable and relaxing. The following writers have been experiencing a wonderful month. Let’s celebrate with them.
Naomi Rawlings has two exciting announcements that have her thrilled. She signed with literary agent Natasha Kern who will represent her books. Natasha is off to a busy start with Naomi’s first novel, a French Revoluntionary story, contracted by Love Inspired Historical. The title has not been determined, but look for it to release in April 2012.
Lisa Lickel celebrates two new contracts. Expected in October, 2011 from BlackLyon Publishing, a generational family story of love, secrets, renewed faith, joy, and coming of age in one unforgettable summer. The story, as yet untitled, was co-written by Lisa Lickel and Shellie Neumeier. Also, for those of you who wondered whatever happened to Judy and Hart and their crazy cat Carranza in The Gold Standard, a cozy mystery from the Heartsong collection, here’s your chance to find out some of the answers, and uncork some new ones, like how did a skeleton end up in Bryce’s front yard and who stole Hart’s new innovative battery design, then murdered his boss? And what are they going to name their baby? Coming in April, 2012 from MuseItUp.
Roger Bruner is all smiles after finding out that his novel Found in Translation has been chosen as the October selection for the ACFW Book Club.
Lynda Schab shouts “Woohoo!” over signing a contract with Oak Tara Publishing for her first novel, Mind Over Madi, a women’s fiction with elements of humor.
It looks like there will be a number of new novels coming out next year, and we applaude all these author’s accomplishments!
Leave a comment and wish them a High Five!!
